  • Vesper Meadow Restoration and Educational Services LLC 16534 Dead Indian Memorial Rd Ashland United States (map)

As a thank you to our Spring Fundraiser supporters at $250 or more, we are hosting a unique experience during one of the greenest, sweetest, most lovely times of the year! You are welcome to donate online, or in-person when you arrive for the event.

Get a close up look at the rare Oregon Vesper Sparrow in one of their favorite meadows!

Join Vesper Meadow Education Program Director Jeanine Moy and Board Member Stacy Taeuber for a bird walk through Vesper Meadow followed by a delicious brunch spread. We'll take a loop through the forest and the meadow to see some charismatic Sandhill Cranes as well as the latest spring arrivals. Expect to see Hermit Warblers, Yellow-rumped Warblers, Grosbeaks, Western and Mountain Bluebirds, various sparrows including the Vesper Sparrow, Cliff and Tree Swallows, maybe an elusive Hermit Thrush, and many others!

Bring a water bottle, wear layers, sun protection and close toed shoes, binoculars (we have extra to share as well). Cameras are welcome!
